I'm afraid. I'm alone. Not really but it feels like it.
I'm blessed. I need to buck up and shut up.
If I would just learn to trust, half of my problems would wither away. But problems produce refinement, right? So instead of being uncomfortable sitting in a pool of my flaws, I just need to accept myself like I accept others. But I wanna be hard on myself.
Why is this so cathartic? Why do I need catharsis?
Moving on ...
It's amazing what hope can do. It mends the frayed ends of fried nerves. It coats a weary heart with the most soothing balm. It convinces a skeptic to give in a little, trust a little, smile some more. Hope is the great healer.
